About Us

Born and raised in Japan, Yoko has lived in Sweden since 1995 and is now a licensed Stockholm guide, fluent in Swedish, English and, of course, Japanese. Peter is a system architect, computational linguist, and entrepreneur who has lived in Stockholm for most of his life. When the apartment next to ours came out on the market in 2006, we bought it and have since welcomed guests from Norway, Latvia, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, the United States, Singapore, Australia, and a number of other countries.

Our apartment is not only cheaper than a hotel room or even a room at most hostels; Yoko can help you save even more money during your visit to Stockholm. She knows all the best and cheapest ways of getting around Stockholm and getting the most out of your stay. As mentioned, we live in the apartment next door, so if there is something you would like to talk to us about, we're usually not far away.
